With any new project we assign a project lead to meet with you, to discuss, scope and visualise your needs and aspirations for the project. This then forms the basis for our relationship. During this phase, our project lead will develop an assignment schedule which will document all of the stages of the project.
We believe that the success of any
implementation, however complex, is based on our clients perception of how
user intuitive the system is.
We take
the utmost care to ensure that the design has minimum impact on our
clients operating experience, health and safety and environmental impact,
all as described in the Construction Design & Management (CDM)
requirements.
As part of the overall contract, Ylem
offers to train the customers operators to ensure they are all fully

Further training is offered at every level to suit the individual’s needs. These courses, are written with direct input from product engineers, customer support and consultants and carried out at the customer’s premises.
Ylem's project management style is based on the PRINCE 2 Project method.
Projects are

Each forming a distinct unit for management purposes with each stage corresponding to the steps in the natural project lifecycle.
