Ylem installed their RMMS which now keeps all the workstations updated with the latest software patches and anti virus software. This is done out of hours thereby avoiding any down time during opening hours.
Ylem configured an upgraded and secure router to speed up the network.
We set up a VOIP phone system to allow more than a single line and allow calls to be taken in the office or on mobiles out of the office.
Planning for the future is to implement an ERP system specifically to support fleet management workshops and hire of plant both self drive and operated.
